LEAVE A LEGACY® Membership & Sponsorship
LEAVE A LEGACY® is a nationwide public awareness campaign conducted and coordinated by the National Committee on Planned Giving and sponsored by local planned giving councils. Locally, LEAVE A LEGACY®NH/VT program is sponsored by the Upper Valley Planned Giving Council. (UVPGC) The goal of LEAVE A LEGACY® is to increase charitable legacy giving across North America. Everyone can make a difference in the lives that follow. There are currently over 165 LEAVE A LEGACY® programs throughout the country.
LEAVE A LEGACY® is a partnership of:
Charitable Organizations such as social service and arts organizations, churches, museums, hospitals and educational institutions
Allied Professionals such as investment advisors, accountants, attorneys and trust companies, who assist donors with planning.
Corporations interested in promoting the message that everyone has the ability to “make a difference” by leaving a charitable legacy through estate planning.
Partners receive a variety of benefits, including complimentary copies of our annually published magazine, a link on our website, and marketing materials.
There are two levels of Partner Membership:
- Charitable Organizations ($100)
- Professional Advisors ($250)
Last year, with the help of our generous Supporting Partners, LEAVE A LEGACY®NH/VT was able to distribute over 100,000 magazines that promote charitable legacy giving. Our Supporting Partners are really our sponsors, and they not only helped to underwrite the cost of producing this impressive magazine, but their support also made it possible for partnership dues to be affordable ($100 per year) for small non-profit organizations throughout New Hampshire and Vermont – those organizations that would benefit most from charitable legacies.
There are three levels of Supporting Partner Sponsorship:
- Bronze Sponsor ($1,000) – your name will appear in a print size appropriate to your bronze category sponsorship on all LEAVE A LEGACY®NH/VT printed materials, as well as be included on the LEAVE A LEGACY®NH/VT website.
- Silver Sponsor ($1,500) – your corporate name will appear in a print size appropriate to your silver category sponsorship on all LEAVE A LEGACY®NH/VT printed materials, as well as be included on the LEAVE A LEGACY®NH/VT website.
- Gold Sponsor ($2,500) – at the highest level of Sponsorship, your corporate logo will appear in a print size appropriate to your Gold category sponsorship on all LEAVE A LEGACY®NH/VT printed materials, as well as be included on the LEAVE A LEGACY®NH/VT website.
In addition to supporting a worthwhile program, Supporting Partners will receive the following benefits:
- Prominent listing as a Supporting Partner in the four color magazine, which discusses the importance of making charitable bequests. Last year more than 100,000 copies of the magazine were distributed throughout New Hampshire and Vermont.
- Prominent listing as a Supporting Partner on the LEAVE A LEGACY®NH/VT website for 12 months, including a hotlink to your organization’s website.
- Use of the LEAVE A LEGACY® logo and other promotional materials on all of your marketing materials for 12 months.
- Positive exposure for your organization as a Supporting Partner of charitable legacy giving in New Hampshire and Vermont
