LEAVE A LEGACY® Membership & Sponsorship
LEAVE A LEGACY® is a nationwide awareness campaign coordinated by the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning and sponsored by local planned giving councils, including the Planned Giving Council NH/VT. LEAVE A LEGACY® strives to promote that everyone can make a difference in lives that follow by leaving charitable bequests of any size in their wills and estate plans. There are currently 120 LEAVE A LEGACY® programs throughout the country.
LEAVE A LEGACY® is a joint effort among:
- Charitable organizations such as social service and arts organizations, churches, museums, hospitals and educational institutions;
- Professionals advisors such as investment advisors, accountants, attorneys and trust companies, who assist donors with planning; and
- Corporations interested in promoting the message that everyone has the ability to “make a difference” by leaving a charitable legacy through estate planning.
Join as a charitable organization for $100 per year or as a professional advisor for $250 per year
Benefits include access to the Partners/Members Only Section of the website with resources include a Tool Kit of ideas and samples to support your organization’s planned giving efforts:
- public service advertising materials from the national Leave A Legacy program
- sample brochures
- sample planned giving letters
Corporations can sponsor this work at two levels:
- Gold Sponsor ($2,000) – your name and corporate logo will be prominently featured as the lead sponsor on the LEAVE A LEGACY®NH/VT website and on printed materials.
- Silver Sponsor ($1,000) – your name and corporate logo will appear on the LEAVE A LEGACY®NH/VT website and on printed materials.
In addition to supporting a worthwhile program, Sponsors will receive the following benefits:
- Prominent listing as a Sponsor on the LEAVE A LEGACY®NH/VT website for 12 months, including a hotlink to your organization’s website.
- Use of the LEAVE A LEGACY® logo and other promotional materials on all of your marketing materials for 12 months.
- Positive exposure for your organization as supporting charitable legacy giving across two states – New Hampshire and Vermont.
